So, meet Vakhtang Grigoryan, he’s 8 years old. And do you know what he dreams of? ‘To become a doctor and help everyone to get better.’ Such a dream, despite a severe illness, which makes it difficult for the little one to speak, eat, and drink through a tube.
We know, thanks to you, he will quickly overcome all difficulties and experience the real joy of being a simply healthy Armenian boy and a future doctor.
A bit about the history of our Vakhtang:
He lives with loving parents in Armenia, in the village of Verin Khoratak. His dad is in the military, and his mom works as a teacher at school.
At the age of 5, Vakhtang got chickenpox. Incorrect treatment, complications (bleeding in the oral cavity), and eventually 4 surgeries that did not bring results – the boy did not recover.
As a result, doctors gave an unfortunate diagnosis: arteriovenous malformation of the anterior surface of the tongue, hemangioma.
Now Vakhtang urgently needs surgery, and the good news is that the boy and his parents are already undergoing tests in Moscow at the Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery Medical Center, and the surgery is scheduled for August 3.
We have only a couple of days together to raise funds for the operation. But we have already seen with you that together we can handle even more! Right?
